Organized by Grintech Kft. (head office: 2045 Törökbálint, Torbágy utca 20; hereinafter: “Organizer”), 2023. for a prize draw to be held between May 1, 00:01 – May 19, 2023, 2:00 p.m. (hereinafter: “Sweepstakes”).
Conditions for participation in the Sweepstakes:
All legal entities based in Hungary who sign a delivery contract with Grintech Kft. between 00:01 on May 1, 2023 and 2:00 p.m. on May 19, 2023 for the purchase of any CNC machine tool (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Participant”) participate in the Sweepstakes. “). The rules of the Sweepstakes are contained in these rules of participation (hereinafter: Rules of Participation).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants accept these Rules of Participation, as well as the data protection principles and practices and data management regulations of the Organizer, without any separate declaration, which can be found here:

The following cannot participate in the Prize Draw:
- the Organizer and the leading officials, employees, agents of the prize-offering partner, as well as these persons, Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.) 8:1. his close relatives as defined in § (1) point 1;
- senior officials, employees, agents of persons and companies participating in the preparation and running of the Prize on behalf of the Organizer, as well as for these persons, Civil Code. 8:1. his close relatives as defined in § (1) point 1;
- who was disqualified by the Organizer during the Prize Draw due to a violation of these Rules of Participation.
Duration of the Prize Draw:
Registration for the Sweepstakes is open until 2:00 p.m. on May 19, 2023, and the Sweepstakes will close at that time.
Procedure of the Prize Draw:
The Organizer will select 1 winner from among the Participants by lottery. The Organizer will draw a winner from among the Participants who sign a delivery contract with Grintech Kft. between May 1, 2023 00:01 – May 19, 2023 14:00 for the purchase of any CNC machine tool and provided their contact information at the same time.
Prize:
The winner of the Sweepstakes 1 will receive an ASTREEA e-bike. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Place and date of the winner’s draw:
HUNGEXPO Exhibition and Event Center, Pavilion A 213 stand C, May 19, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.
All public charges related to the prize are paid by the offeror of the prize.
Other costs incurred in connection with participating in the Prize and accepting the prize shall be borne by the offeror of the prize.
Warranty and guarantee rights related to the subject of the Prize rest exclusively with the manufacturer of the product.
Grintech Kft. will hand over the warranty card required to assert the above rights to the Winner when the prize is handed over.
Defining a winner
During the duration of the Sweepstakes, the Organizer will recognize as winners the 1 Participant who meets the conditions for participation in the Sweepstakes and whose name will be drawn in the lottery held on May 19, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.
Notification of the winner, acceptance of the prize
The Organizer will notify the winner of the Sweepstakes at the specified email address and telephone number.
If the winner does not reply within 3 days after the delivery of the notification message or does not receive the confirmed prize within 30 days, the winner loses the right to receive the prize.
The Organizer will hand over the prize to the winner.
Data protection
Regarding matters not regulated in these Rules of Participation, the data protection principles and practices of the Organizer are the guiding principles, which the Participant automatically accepts by participating in the Prize Draw. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing their data, the Participant authorizes the Organizer to process their personal data in accordance with the laws, especially the CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information, for the purpose of organizing and successfully conducting the Sweepstakes. Act (hereinafter: Info Act) and Regulation 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, as well as the repeal of Regulation 95/46/EC (hereinafter : GDPR) handle it accordingly.
Given that participation in the Sweepstakes is automatic if the conditions are met, the data protection rules of Grintech Kft., which are available at the following address:www.grintech.hu, govern the handling of personal data.
Other provisions:
The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences caused by the Participant’s wrongly or incorrectly, incompletely provided data in the contract, which may also result in exclusion from the Sweepstakes.
The Organizer is entitled to exclude from the Prize Game the Participant who ttries to participate in an unfair manner, by circumventing the conditions and regulations contained in these Rules of Participation.
The Organizer excludes any claims for indemnification or compensation for any costs, damages, or losses arising from or related to the Contest, possible errors or deficiencies in the application, delays during the Contest, excluding any damages incurred by the Participant caused by the Organizer intentionally or through gross negligence. responsibility.
Participants accept that they are fully responsible for any damage caused to the Organizer by any violation of these Participation Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or modify these Rules of Participation or the Contest itself.
The Organizer is entitled to withdraw the Prize at any time.
The Organizer will make any changes or cancellations related to the Sweepstakes public on the website https://www.grintech.hu.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules and mechanism of the Sweepstakes, prizes and these Rules of Participation.
If abuse or unsportsmanlike play is suspected during the Sweepstakes, which may give rise to abuse, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes.
The competition is governed by Hungarian law.
